Pursing the harmonization of measurements and regulations for nanoscale metrology, CMS organized the Nanoparticle Size Measurement Workshop in June.  Researchers from NMIs and private companies, i.e. NMIA/Australia, NMIJ/Japan, NIST/USA and RION/Japan, NANOTEC/Thailand, Brucker/Taiwan shared the latest development of the laboratories they represent.  More, Dr. EHARA, Kensei of NMIJ/Japan introduced the data analysis for APMP Nanoparticle Size Comparison APMP.L-S5 and led the discussion on determination of global reference values, method dependent reference values, and degrees of equivalence with data correlations.  APMP.L-S5 is a nanoparticle size comparison conducted since 2012, piloted by NMIJ/Japan and co-piloted by CMS.  14 NMIs participated in the comparison.
