10月，本實驗室執行長藍玉屏博士拜會法國國家計量與測試研究院( France Laboratoire national de métrologie et d‘essais, LNE)，並與LNE代表Thomas Grenon, Managing Director簽署合作備忘錄，雙方將針對應用AI進行影像評估及驗證等相關尖端計量技術，進行技術合作。

同時，藍執行長於巴黎召開之國際度量衡大會（General Conference of Weights & Measures）上與德國聯邦物理技術研究院 (Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt, PTB) 院長Prof. Dr. Cornelia Denz 雙方簽署「PTB & ITRI Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Field of Metrology」。PTB是國際頂尖計量實驗室，與本實驗室是長期的國際策略夥伴，雙方很高興能延續合作，共同推動尖端計量技術發展，同時為台灣科技產業發展與創新提供最精準的碁石。
